The First Day of the Week!

Mondays are very important in your workout program.  Always hit all your largest muscles (glutes, quads, hamstrings, back and chest) on the "First Day of the Week". This will set you up for the rest of the week. Mondays are busy days for me and I know for many of you the same is true.  This is also the day to start over, no matter how bad you blew it over the weekend.  So start the week with a great meal.  Take a look at my morning routine:  A cup of coffee or that protein shake you love. Then have a 3 egg whites + 1 whole egg omelette with spinach, red bell pepper, onions, and low sodium 99% fat free slice of turkey. Top it with some fresh cilantro along with a 1/2 cup of brown rice on the side.  Note: Brown Rice in the morning is delicious.  That should help you keep some control throughout the day while being tempted to eat those things you know we should not eat!
